The Pinot Noir grapes come from the renowned Willowlake vineyard in Gladysdale in the upper Yarra Valley - a vineyard we have been making wine from for many years. It is an exceptional site and always produces delicious consistent Pinot Noir fruit. This pretty, aromatic Pinot Noir is, we feel, an interesting counterpoint to the richer, more powerful Siwa Pinot Noir we make from the Kellybrook site.

This wine was made using cold soaking followed by whole berry and whole bunch fermentation techniques. After pressing off, the dry wine was run off to 25% new French oak barrels for maturation. The wine matured for 9 months prior to blending and sending unfiltered to bottle in January 2022.
