2021 Brut Rosé

A beautiful, blushing pink wine with effervescent bubbles and enticing aromas of ruby grapefruit, white fig and just-ripe strawberry. The palate is fresh and lively, featuring strawberries and cream with rhubarb and pomegranate, as the mousse moves across the palate it turns to creamy brioche notes. The acid is well balanced with the dosage to create a rounded and moreish wine. Made using the Méthode Traditionelle.

Winemaking and Tasting Notes

Sourced from our Siwa vineyard, the blend is 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay. The grapes were handpicked at perfect sparkling ripeness and a small amount of red Pinot Noir wine was added before secondary fermentation to achieve its blushing pink colour.

Following secondary fermentation, the wine matured on the lees for 6 months. Upon disgorgement, a dosage of 8g/L was added to balance the wine's acidity and impart a touch of sweetness to the final blend.
