This Cabernet Sauvignon was hand picked from the oldest block of vines on our home vineyard, Siwa, that was planted in 1975. The Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, vivid red. Signature aromas of cassis, dark cherry and plum are followed by secondary notes of vanillin, mahogany and choc-mint aromas from the oak influence. The palate is lively where wild red berry and cassis fruit tones are evident and provide length and generosity. These characters intertwine with building powdery tannins to create complexity and a smooth finish.
