Estate grown Shiraz from our home vineyard (Siwa) in Wonga Park. Produced in a year that was excellent for Shiraz, the majority of the fruit coming from our oldest block of vines (planted in 1975). 2 barrels produced.

The concentrated palate exhibits richness with refinement, filled with delectable flavours and textures. It's mouth-filling and engaging with a sustained, captivating finish. "Destemmed and matured in older French oak for nine months. Savoury with dark fruits, white and black pepper and a hint of violets, this is just a tad closed at present. And while it's quite tightly wound on the medium-bodied palate, there's a nice wine in the making once those persistent and fine-grained tannins are given some time to integrate fully with the fruit."
