This Cabernet Sauvignon was hand picked from 50 year old vines on our home vineyard, Siwa - the oldest block on the site. 

The Siwa Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep crimson in colour. On the nose, there are notes of cassis, plum, dark berries, cigar box and Crème Brûlée. Choc-mint and dried flowers develop around the fruit notes to provide length and generosity. These characters intertwine with building powdery tannins to create complexity around a tomato leaf and cassis-driven finish.
