Made from 100% hand-picked P58 Chardonnay from the Fulford Road and windmill blocks of our home vineyard, Siwa. 

Our sparkling wines are made completely in house, using the Méthode Traditionnelle - the Blanc de Blancs with 3 years yeast lees ageing. It was then hand riddled and disgorged with a dosage of 3g/L.

Aromas of citrus, fresh toast, quince and white flowers give way to the toasty and creamy palate with a lovely, smooth and satisfying mousse. Nice acidity ensures the wine has precision and focus with plenty of flavour.
