This Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from a vineyard in the ‘Upper’ Yarra Valley, within the township of Woori Yallock. Cool growing conditions, combined with the exceptional vintage conditions allowed the grapes to develop a near perfect balance of freshness and depth. 

This aromatic wine is showing fresh notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and orange citrus. Green pepper with melon notes contribute freshness and complexity of this wine.  

The palate is rich and complex showing bright acidity with wonderful mouthfeel. Cut grass, honeydew, passionfruit and boxwood all contribute to the diverse flavour spectrum in this wine. The finish is zesty, interesting and long. A good Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy with or without food.
