"Chardonnay clone I10V1 from the 160m elevation D Block. Barrel fermented in new and older French puncheons with full mlf. A deep-ish but bright green gold. A vibrant bouquet of orchard fruits, pear, orange blossom and a little matchstick and vanillin lead onto the palate which is gently textured and well balanced. It's a quiet wine that slowly builds in the glass and on the palate. Nicely done."
