Méthode Traditionelle apple cider
This is our original old favourite, first produced in 1969.
Made from a blend of apple varieties, it is bottle fermented and matured, using the time-honoured French style - Méthode Traditionelle. It has a lovely, lifted fresh apple aroma supported by subtle yeast complexity. It has a fresh, crisp palate and persistent bubble with an off-dry finish.
An ideal summer drink, as an aperitif or with light savoury food and apple-based dishes.
